HK P30L Box to Match Review

Patrick Kelley released a new Out of the Box and Into the Match review video recently. This time he takes the HK P30L V3 in 9mm out of the box. This review begins in Pat’s garage, as he introduces the pistol. The HK P30L V3 lives up to its German heritage in that it only required Pat’s basic new gun cleaning and lubing. And as you will see in this video, the more Pat shoots this handgun, the more he raves about it.

As in many of his of out of the box to match reviews, Pat shares his insights. The long trigger reset is a bit weird and thus causing some stall. One of the few changes he would make to the HK is a trigger job and then, as he says, “It would be STELLAR!” There was one malfunction of note, however, it was not the HK P30L! Overall, Pat gives this solid overperformer an excellent rating. Watch the video and you’ll see!

Hard not to like first quality handguns, engineered to work and are sub 2″ accurate at 25 yards. That is HK!
